I agree this is probably the stuff that isnt being purchased by restaurants, bars, stadiums, hotels, schools, etc.

If you've ever ben in one, you'll see restaurants buying their stuff there.
Chicken is frome Wayne Farms, USDA, and Halal.
I get all my BBQ competition meat there including brisket.
Don't knock it till you try it.
