For real! I talk about my bad luck and then stick my foot in my mouth..LOLHope you didn't jinx it bragging.
I looked at Charter Arms. Are they junk guns? I was thinking a 357. I have no clue about them.I second the revolver recommendation for your situation. Buy a cheap 2” snubnose Taurus 38 special. They don’t jamb and if a round fails to fire just pull the trigger again.
Dude. If you have to ask……I looked at Charter Arms. Are they junk guns? I was thinking a 357. I have no clue about them.
I have built 2 AR-10's in the last couple months, bought a Springfield Garrison last month and now another 1911. I probably need to stop buying and just enjoy and use what I have. That would be the smart play.Dude. If you have to ask……
If you really want a revolver, just get an old smith model 10.
On the other hand how much can you really bragg about a Taurus you know what I mean! 🤣Hope you didn't jinx it bragging.
I would have just use this one but the sentimental value is far greater than what the gun is worth on paper. Me and my dad bought this at Roswell gun shop in the early nineties. I helped him pick it out. I just couldn't do it!Dude. If you have to ask……

Me too! I have a early 90's Rossi model 711 ( I think ) but it's one of the most balanced and best feeling revolvers I have ever held. I picked it out at Roswell guns ship. I think it's closed now but I am not sure of that 100%. Mine has the 4 inch barrel. I polished it ( externally) as well. It's one of the Interarms, Alexandria Virginia models. They had a good thing going there they just kept it up. I like to find one just like it in a 6-in barrel. Sweet shooting handguns! When my father told me it was mine when he died so this one gets babies. All my dads guns are safe queens. They are very little use and when they do see use it's very carefully and respected. Looks like I already went over this in the previous post. Man am I getting old.LOLOne of the best revolvers I ever owned was a Rossi 357 Magnum from the early 1990s--stainless steel 2.5 inch barrel factory compensator.
It had the sweetest, lightest, smoothest double action trigger Pull I've ever felt on a factory revolver; it was nearly as good as the one on my Smith model 66-2 that had been polished and tuned by a gunsmith.
The Rossi also had big adjustable sights on it which make it better for actual use than most small revolvers which have tiny difficult to see sights that you probably won't be able to find when you're trying to defend your life against an armed opponent.
