dads got a running 98 olds delta 88 (3.4) he will take 400 for. it is street legal and runs (ok) other than that, it is a car.. he just drove it everyday for the last 2 weeks while he was getting a slave cylinder put in his truck.

In the state of Georgia, generally speaking, you don't have to get emissions done on a vehicle that is 25 years old or older. I know some counties need emissions done and some don't, so it is another thing to keep into consideration. (At least the last that I know of it is that way. You should be able to find that info on the DMV website for this state as well.)
