Chickens in SHTF

One note on chickens:
They are very destructive for your yard if you let them run free. My Grandparents had Bantams, and the damn thing ate every single flower that ever tried to bloom. After they got rid of the chickens, the flowers all came right back....
Just something to keep in mind-if you want flowers, they ain't compatible with roaming chickens. Might avoid a little domestic strife.
-And if you get some, I can tell you how to hypnotize a chicken! It is a good time!!
