They say that Lupus was in her system from birth. It was the trauma of the arm injury that triggered her immune system to turn on itself.
That is so messed up.
As I previously said, yall have my sympathy but most of all my prayers.

I would still seek the opinions of a few attorneys. See if anything at all can be done to help with the life long care. Just my 02

God does NOT make mistakes!!!!!
We just need to remember that we belong to HIM and not ourselves.
He created us for His Pleasure and to Praise Him.
We just need to learn to live with what happens and still Praise Him for the good as well as the bad.........and keep praying.

It ain't your fault.

You are not responsible ,nor are you in control !

My ex wifes cousin was born with some serious defects... Parents were told before she was born to amputate both legs.

They chose not to and the young girl spent her first 8 summers at the Shriners hospital in SC. (Great folks) Lots of pain, trials and tribulations over the years.

She would talk lots about the wish it had happened back then, and how much better it would have been...

Fast forward to her being 17, visiting her brother at the U of Chicago. At a school bball game, school official asks her if she has ever done wheelchair bball.

They get her info, a month later offer her a scholarship, she accepts and moves up there from NC.

Life changing! New friends, new atmosphere, new attitude.

She has been living large for the last 4 years, totally different life.

She told me 3 years ago she had no idea how sweet life could be.....

Keep the faith!
