Finely found my unicorn and had to have it. It is a 1980 nickel 3” Colt Python with a Colt letter and in the box. It came from the original owner . They only made 23 in nickel!!

Here is the first year for the 2-1/2” Colt Python. Unfired in the box 1963 snub with old original ivory grips with “bark lines”.

Here is my NIB 1978 Royal Blue Python with the 6” barrel. I pay so much for perfection I will probably never recover my money if I ever have to sell! Oh well, it was bought for me to enjoy and it’s working so far!
