Beautiful revolver. Been getting educated recently about the “Pre-19” (I believe that’s what S&W collectors call these) by another distinguished member here . This one thread would be worth joining ODT , for an “internet warrior” like me lol. Thank you Sir

The model shown by GA1911 is a Registered Magnum. Only 3500 were made. Full size frame, the elite model that all serious collectors covet.

A "Pre19" is called a Combat Magnum...totally different. It's a K frame...a medium sized frame.
