What did you have done?
Four levels; fusion @ L2-L3, decompression @ L3-L4, L4-L5 and L5-S1......

Sorry, been on th road last few hrs. To answer your question....sorry to say not really any better. I'm 63 and have a family history of arthritis, back and neck problems- not to mention my history of car/motorcycle wrecks. My doc says it needs more time(he also says he didn't replace my whole back- he just worked on part of it)......
Took a little while to convince the gentleman to let go but well worth it. I love a good pre lock unfluted cylinder.
You could probably start a BadBackBlues thread here and get more than a few followers......
