As a life long fan of his I've sadly got to agree with you but I'm just relieved he's not a supporting Hollywood liberal for Obammy like so many other out there.

I lost all respect for him when I saw how looney of a woman his wife is.

Cut him a little slack... He is 82 years old.... Lets see where your mental acuity is when you are that age.

I think his empty chair analogy was spot on. Between campaigning and vacationing obama hasn't had much time to LEAD the whole time. Of course that may have been best considering the direction he HAS led when he has been there. Clint was pretty funny for the most part. You had to get the feeling though that this was one of the last times we may ever see him vertical.

I think the libs are working hard to mock it because it was VERY damn pointed and accurate in its satire.

Clint Eastwood did a fantastic job showing Obama for what he truly is: an ineffectual, pretend leader.

Yep!

Clint did a great job. He spoke well and got his point across. He was talking to the people and not reading a damn prompter. Clint is a true American hero in my eyes and I'm glad to have him on my team. I only hope I can speak as well and do the things he does at 82.

not really. i am a huge fan of him as well ...as an actor. from spaghetti westerns through gran torino, he was awesome. that speach at the rnc was not his finest moment. just because i am a huge fan, doesnt mean i cant admit when someone has past their time. if he was appearing at some cancer fundraiser, then i agree ...who cares. this was pretty important, and while i dont think that romney will win or lose based only on clints appearance, he didnt help anyone with that speach.
