I'm new, and i got a warning from a mod about this ****. Some guy wanted 1600 bucks for a 450 dollar saiga. I can understand we have a import restriction on Russian, ask a little extra. It's a free market i understand. There is a line in between making money and ripping people off. I can take a scenic trip to Russian and return with a saiga for under 800. Hell you can but AK's over there for under 80 bucks.

Negotiate the deal, plan a meet, close. It's that simple! I don't understand why this is hard, or why people bitch about it so much!

I can generally tell within first 1-2 PMs if we are gonna be able to make this happen. Actually speaking to somebody on the phone is even better way to feel it out!!
