We are searching for a talented team player to fill the open position of Administrative Assistant in our Winder, GA office! We welcome your ideas and your outstanding work ethic. In this role, you will be responsible for most of the office duties of the plant. You will be required to follow all safety rules and practices. You may be involved in safety committees or initiatives as well as perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities may include:
- Enter Time-off Request into Kronos
- Run time edits and enter daily into Kronos
- Run and distribute reports
- Receive Packing Slips
- Maintain employee filling, including worker’s comp files
- Update bulletin boards in the shop and in the office
- Answer phone calls, screen calls and/or take messages
- Receive Mail and distribute
- Mail and/or Ship outgoing mail or packages
- Check on Payment Status & Take AP calls
- File Invoices once Paid
- Order office supplies as needed
- Assist in employee engagement activities as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must have good knowledge of Microsoft office products
- Must have history of proven accuracy
- Minimum of 1-2 year of experience
- Candidate should be dependable and have a good attendance record
- Additionally, candidate should maintain a flexible attitude
- Industrial experience a plus, Will be walking an industrial metal walking shop floor, interacting with people and Hard Hat, hearing protection, steel toe shoes.
- May require long periods of standing
- Use of safety glasses while in the plant is required
- May be exposed to elevated noise levels (use of ear plugs is required while in the shop)
- Hard Hats, Steel Toes, Eye Protection, and Hearing protection is required, part of you day will be on the shop floor.
Salary: $12.50 hourly
