For all we know, even though the customer is a disabled vet, he could be some anti-gun lobbyist. Retaining an attorney (who no doubt called Fox 5) so quickly is odd. Who knows what the customer said while he was in the store. But it sounds like he didn't initially leave when asked because he had to be escorted out.

I think both are just using the dogs as an excuse for something else. If Wayne LaPierre came in Clyde's with a horny bird dog that humped everything, I bet my $800 used Glock accommodations would be made.

I've never understood the "no dogs" policy anyway. Any place that allows children should allow well behaved dogs. It's commonplace to see dogs in shopping malls, restaurants, and on the train here...no problems either.

Dogs are not humans. They can not be placed on the same level as humans. Dogs and children can't be compared. I do agree there should be some looser restrictions on where dogs can be taken but they aren't the same as humans.

Another thought, gun and ammo sellers are supposed to do some level of due diligence prior to selling to customers and here we have a customer that openly admits to a mental disorder that requires him to use a dog to determine whether or not he is under attack in a public place.

Should he be purchasing guns and ammo?

Isn't this what our side of the gun control debate has been saying? We don't need gun control. We need control of people with disorders who attempt to purchase guns and ammo.

This gentleman had a big four legged sign that screamed "Don't sell me ammo!" "I have surrendered my sense of judgment to this dog!"
