I remember when I was about 9 or ten my cousin and I found some old shotgun shells in my Grandpas garage. They were old paper cartridge type (10ga I leater found out). Anyway we of course wated to make them go boom. So I emptied the shot (good thing) then we went into the house and got an old band-aid box that Grandma used to keep marbles in. We found a few that we figured would be just right ( knowing the primer needed to be struck to accomplish our goal) SO we taped the marbles to the bottom of the shells then went to the road. We threw those things as high as we could and ran like hell. Well they fell back to Earth and just as we had wanted went off with a huge Boom. Then we got our asses switched for messing with them. Roflmao it is a wonder we made it to adulthood.

me and my brothers did the same thing, but we wrapped the shells in paper tubes, and taped bb's to the primer. lawn dart that goes boom
