Confused woman

I tempered my "chivalrous" impulses for years following an incident at UGA in 1987. Stood up on a bus and offered my seat to a woman who was standing and I was berated, verbally abused, cussed out and threatened by her.

I did eventually come to realize she was just a typical unhinged libturd female and moved on past it. I still open car doors, building doors, etc., for ladies and I would offer them a seat if they were standing. I will stop and offer assistance with tire changing, etc., if I see a woman alone on the road. I open the car door for my girlfriend and while she was amused and confused by that act at first, she will now go the passenger side of the car and wait for me to open it, LOL.

Good on you brother! There’s good and bad in everything thing. Small percentage screws it up for everyone… cops, women, men, etc.

I thought that was staged too, but then I remembered something my kid told me once. I told him I was working on my Ford diesel a while back, which was the first time I ever worked on a diesel engine, and he told me that was cool, he doesn't even know how to change the oil in his car. I thought after all the times he could have watched me work on my vehicles, he tells me that. Well, he did join the Marines, twice, so I guess that's a plus. But I've heard they eat crayons sooooo.

Good on you brother! There’s good and bad in everything thing. Small percentage screws it up for everyone… cops, women, men, etc.

It's not a small percentage, it's a big percentage of them. I'm almost 60 and I've watched the regression of western women in just the last 20 years. Yes there are still good women out there but the percentage of man-haters is mind blowing. My wife tells me stories all the time other women tell her about how disgusted they are some man had the nerve to speak to them or offer help. Every woman my wife works with is divorced, miserable and blames men for all their problems

My Dad didn't teach me much about working on cars. My best friend did. He was a mechanic
