I like how they make open ended "ban" statements like "prohibiting the manufacture, importation, sale, or purchase by civilians of the Five-seveN Pistol, ammunition for such pistol, or any other handgun that uses ammunition found to be capable of penetrating body armor"
They could ban 9mm if the test case places the gun 3 inches from the body armor or they use substandard armor.
This is a dangerous precedent.
This is why there is so much coverage on the attacks on Police Officers. Saw one article that claimed there were more attacks on Officers per year in the 80's than the last couple of years, cannot confirm statement.

If I was a betting man I'd wager that some people would classify most of the ODT community as terrorists, or at least potential terrorists.
