FPS (Federal Protective Service) has supervisors and some guards with a security clearances, they always have because they are responsible for guarding federal buildings and work along side federal law enforcement. They also have representatives in the (Fusion Centers IIRC) around the country so their guards will be privy to evolving threats. More silliness taken out of context by conspiracy theorists. Seems the government and the conspiracy nuts can't seem to get their acts together.
