MMmmmmmm....never grilled meatloaf before. Going to give it a try....how much bread and egg do you use as a binder???

Make a meatloaf just like you always do...Dont change anything...Instead of the oven use the smoker...Its that easy!!! I pull mine when the internal temp reaches 160..Let it cool the slice it up...The leftovers are the best by far!...Meatloaf sams the next day..

So simple a caveman like me can do it! Thanks jmedic. Going to try one using bison meat.
 
This here is my smoker from an old oil drum and a little welding been smokin since 1992 with it. Makes some good BBQ Low and slow man!! Im in with the cook off idea !!
