MMmmmmmm....never grilled meatloaf before. Going to give it a try....how much bread and egg do you use as a binder???
Make a meatloaf just like you always do...Dont change anything...Instead of the oven use the smoker...Its that easy!!! I pull mine when the internal temp reaches 160..Let it cool the slice it up...The leftovers are the best by far!...Meatloaf sams the next day..
