MY boy and I went to the gun range at Shinbone a couple month ago and a couple guys that got there a few mins. before us were proudly displaying the old military rifle they found lying on the bench. I'm guessing people forget them all the time. Heck I forgot my 38 the other day at the house walked off and left it on the dresser.

If people aren't responsible enough to not leave their firearms lying around they aren't responsible enough to handle them in the first place.
