Im no lawyer. Im not even saying it will or is likely to happen.
Im saying it could. I know the fed-gov to have enough power to declare martial law, revoke all other laws, and do whatever the **** it wants.

I was active duty long ago and the thought of a NG quarantine makes me LOL.
The local kids that think they are a real-life gwinnett county gang would win, and be driving around in bradleys and MRAPs lol

Well I can tell you that Washington Examiner article is not correct. They fell for a fake tweet that is going around. The Stafford Act does not give the president the power to issue a quarantine. Frankly the states don't have the power either, but they can get away with it.

We all have a Constitutional right to due process. Technically if any form of government wishes to do a quarantine, they can attempt it, but they have to give each individual their due process. Of course since when does that matter which is why I say the states can get away with it, and they are.

i received letters on Dept of Homeland Security for travel during a quarantine. They are to be issued to my techs for cell tower restoration during a lock down. I received Wednesday and they are dated through the end of May. They were issued through one of the cell carriers.

Yeah I've seen quite a few people on national forums who are posting they have received these letters. They have to be state related because there will be no national quarantine.

I know the GA legislature gave that idiot Kemp unchecked emergency powers so I'm sure that dumb ass will attempt to shut things down at some point.
