Do you have any proof that ICU’s here are overwhelmed? I mean even New York hasn’t used up all the ICU beds available but the federal government has sent assistance. I mean if you know something everyone else doesn’t please say something so Georgia gets the attention New York is and we bring back the nurses that actually left here to help there.

Um the same as it was before we shut it down? This crap has been here for months hence all the people going to the doctor and testing negative for the flu. Tons of people were diagnosed with a flu like virus which is what this new Black Plague is. Maybe if doctors gave a crap and went beyond the standard test we could have found out sooner?

Nope. Economic impact will outweigh the death toll sorry but hey tell the people without jobs 6 months from now how smart this was.

Immunity to a virus is better than a vaccine that may work for a virus. Like I’ve said before shelter the weak but everyone else needs to get back to work I’m out but have fun getting the last word.

My mother in law is currently in the ICU at Cartersville medical and they do not seem to be overrun but if you say that the metro is I won’t argue that as you would have more access to those stats than me. Still say death total estimates are over inflated even though they keep walking them back down claiming social distancing worked.

Sorry just bothers me my kids will be paying the bill over this chicken little event on top of all the other debt we have saddled them with.

The government response to the virus and the virus itself are really 2 separate topics. I agree our response is the wrong way to go about it. I also think the virus is an issue we should pay attention to and that it is on the cusp of becoming an even bigger issue without society voluntarily reacting appropriately.
