Could this be the gun to replace my Shield? (Mossberg MC1) threads merged

Bump.

My LGS had one of these on the shelf last night and took a peek at it. Moderately heavy but decent trigger. Feels good in my medium sized hands.

What was interesting wast that we grabbed a 43x off the shelf and compared them. The 43x mag fits and locks in the Mossy. The Mossy basically uses ETS Glock mags. That's not all though..

Took the gun down and the recoil assembly, plunger, striker, trigger bar all look virtually identical. The only difference we could see is that the trigger return spring looks like one of those New York style ones.

All of this for $100 less than the 43x.

Hold on. You can't stop bashing anything Springfield, but are on board with a Mossy?! What kind of illicit substance are you on?

I think msrp is around 425. The actual store price should fall around 320.

Not bad price, but $120 more for a p365 from DAHLONEGA GOLD AND PAWN (at least last time I checked). I’m a tightwad, but I’d take the Sig over Mossberg’s attempt at a subcom.

i almost bought a new p365, however the trigger broke when I dry fired at the gun shop.
