While I agree with most of this. It is definitely the food we consume. I went on a diet last April, went carnivore hard core for 7 months and lost 75lbs. I ate all the eggs, steak, bacon, pork chops etc I could possibly consume and still lost weight. So I 100% it’s **** in the processed foods.
So eat less of it. Body fat is made from calories, not some super secret chemical that they put into processed foods. Nobody is tricking you into eating 6 pieces of pizza and washing it down with a gallon of mountain dew.
