Coyote?

I live in apartments and there are never dogs just roaming around, in 3 yrs I never saw one off a leash here. My apartment is also along side a very large wooded area. Something (believe coyotes) has been harassing me & my cats in the windows. I noticed its tail was bushy & its down / between the legs like a coyote. What do you guys think, is this a coyote or just a lost dog? Also please see my post showing the pics from my trailcam. Thanks

Does not look like a coyote, killed a few on the farm, looked like a white dog.

Agree its a dog doesnt have the body of a coyote or movement. I have killed many tryin to get my goats.
