i live on a 1.75 acre lot in Coweta county, close to Caynon Gate road. This morning i was drinking my coffee looking out at the backyard and i swear i saw a coyote. I have been in this house for close to two years and this is the first time i have seen one. i have seen all manner of wildlife on my property but this is the first time i have seen a coyote, has anybody else in Coweta county dealt with them?

LOL, coyotes are everywhere. And by everywhere, I mean everywhere..
I'm sure they are in every county in ga by now.
Got this one in my front yard about 25 yards from my door. Have seen several more here in Griffin.
I saw them in Sharpsburg when I lived there 15 years ago. I'm in western coweta now and see them regularly out here. There's one that likes to sit off the bypass past Royal Baptist, see that one monthly.
Yes but it is s sticky situation in a sub division...city and counties have different statutes about discharging firearms.
I've been living in NW Coweta for 25 years, started hearing them about 20 years ago howling at night. I didn't actually see one till about 10 years ago though. I started seeing them fairly regularly when I was driving to work between 4 & 4:30 am, they would be just sitting or playing in peoples front yards. I've had them run out in front of me when riding my motorcycle, even had one run out of the woods on Hwy.70 in Fulton Co. and run right into the side of my truck. Didn't even seem to slow him down! Hard headed little rascal. Lol
They are all over Paulding County. I pack a piece when I go outside in my yard, I live on several acres backed up to about a thousand of nothing but woods. You can hear them yapping at night. They have been know to attack a lone human if they're several of them together..
