Coyotes in Coweta county????

I live in a subdivision that backs up to a wooded area with a creek, it darted around the edge of the treeline before it took off. Can i legally shoot it if it comes after my animals?

You gotta be at least 300 ft. from the nearest house to shoot em' legally.

Seen 3 this year in my subdivision up here in Forsyth. Never when practicing with the crossbow.

They are all over Paulding County. I pack a piece when I go outside in my yard, I live on several acres backed up to about a thousand of nothing but woods. You can hear them yapping at night. They have been know to attack a lone human if they're several of them together..

Hell, I pack when I walk my dog in Peachtree City! I've seen foxes and deer so coyotes are probably around as well. Lots of green space there.

Got them at my property off Hwy 154 and Raymond Hill Rd. I shot a rabid fox last year and the Coweta Sheriffs were cool about it.

I'm in Newnan/Sharpsburg and I regularly hear Coyotes in the woods behind my house. I can hear them from inside my house with the windows and doors shut and the TV on.

I occasionally see them in the daytime out there too.

I live off fisher rd just south of North gate highschool . Pretty much right down the road from you.

We have them here and they have taken our deer population down a good bit . We have lost a pet or two as well . Had a pack behind a local church howling nightly for a while ,but I believe they relocated.

We don't give them 2nd chances if we can help it :0)
