Creating a poll

How do I create a Poll? I have been trying just can't figure out how it works.

The option to create a poll is under the window where you put the body of your post when you are creating it....in the Additional Options section. Click "create a poll" and select the number of poll questions and then create the thread. You will be taken next to the page where you can edit/add the options for the poll. Alternately, If you have created the thread without a poll, as the owner of the thread I think you can select the Thread Tools drop down and "Make this a Poll" is an option....
