My daughter has graduated up to a 10/22 so it’s time to pass her little Cricket rifle down to her little brother. Only problem is that her brother isn’t going to shoot a pink rifle, lol.

Looking for an old beat up cricket or cricket stock in any color but pink!

Rust-O-leum Ultra Cover can label says bonds with plastic.
Rust-O-leum Camo flat colors also adhere very well.
Krylon is good too but don't recall any specifics.
Edit:There ya go, Kahrnut has the Krylon goodies.
Prep time usually takes longer than spray time and
also strongly determines how well the finished stock
turns out. Be a fun dad & son project and chance for
him to become familiar with Cricket (if not already).
Notice the Krylon descrip says no sanding required.
Think I'd still do it. Plus something to make sure no
solvents or gun oil present. I've used Bon-Ami cleanser
as final wash to make sure surface is ready soon as it dries.
Bon-Ami in can size of Ajax or Comet BUT the difference is
Bon-Ami non abrasive, won't scratch surfaces like the other 2.
Not every place has it in the cleaning supplies isle so won't hurt
to grab a couple when found. Think mine came from Publix.
