So I am finally to the stage where I am ready to start actually loading the brass with powder and bullet. I was in the process of setting the seater die and realized it can also seat with a crimp.
So questions
1. Does anyone recommend the crimp?
2. Do you use the crimp option with the die, or a separate crimp die? The dies are Hornady.
Purpose of these rounds will just be for shooting out to a max of 150-200m quietly.
additional info if needed for advice.
reformed .223 cases
berger 210gr bthp
cci #41 primer
IMR 4227 or IMR 4168 powder
Thanks
