While I'm all for this result and hope for a happy ending all around, in this day and age my ass isn't body slamming anyone. I'm not trying to get sued for emotional damages or anything if/when a bad actor lawyers up. I'd win in court I'm sure but the expense would certainly be higher than anything they were trying to steal.
