Not sure why there isn’t a review on here for really any of the CVA rifles(well 3 rifles and a muzzle loader)
but especially the scout v2. I have 4 CVA rifles and love them. They are very affordable and shoot great. I mean they are tack drivers really. My main “go to” rifle is the stainless 45-70 with vortex diamondback 2-7x35. I love this heavy slow bullet. I’ve shot 3 deer with it and everyone dropped right in its track leaving less meat damage then a normal rifle caliber. They are affordable,shoot great,light weight, and made with Bergara barrels. my only beef if that my scout v2 is a take down and I can have the barrel off in seconds but they won’t sell me a different caliber barrel, I have to buy a whole new frame.
Anyways, still a awesome gun and plan on getting into the CVA pistol line next.
