CZ cancels P10's and stops CZ USA production

CZ bought Dan Wesson in 2005…the quality has not swayed. CZ also labels each acquisition as a different sub company. To tie all of CZ into just the Colt info is, well….

It's far from clear whether Dan Wesson was separate in any meaningful way from what was formerly CZ-USA after the 2005 acquisition, beyond being in control of their own production (I'd add that post-acquisition, there was ALSO a significant reduction in the number of different products Dan Wesson offered)

They maintain separate facilities and separate inventory, but it's not clear to what extent Dan Wesson has commercial independence from CZ-USA, now Colt-CZ.

It's not a matter of concern over the *quality* of Dan Wesson products in the future. It's a matter of concern (and not a prediction) of the quality of the management and direction of Dan Wesson *IF* they are part of Colt-CZ.

The only additional info I found beyond the original post was the press releases on the CZ site talking about the re-naming and the old CZ-USA CEO stepping down.
