Not gonna get into bashing a biz with details but both my brother and I had separate dealings with the above mentioned jewelry store and both of us have come to the same conclusion....we will never shop with them again....and this isn't even a gun related thing---B

Even though I run multiple business, including a jewelry store, I enjoy shopping at and supporting other local business. I still give Cherokee and GA firing line some of my money from time to time simply because the are great business. When I looked at d geller's inventory, I was impressed. They had some cool men's rings. But I can not support an establishment that does not support our rights.

Remind the manager of this:

I'm actually going to be running a very similar promotion starting July 4th.

I am a frequent flyer at the Kennesaw store and am usually open carrying in there. No one has ever said a work or had a reaction other than a quick glance. The guard at the door has never said anything either. I wonder if some folks are more spooked by finding a "concealed" gun than just seeing someone carrying for all the world to see. I have no idea, just a thought

I think you handled it right. No need having a confrontation just because you can.

wow, that's crazy then. I did not see a guard there but the manager was a tall, skinny, grey haired man. Did you see him there?

I think maybe the guard is there only around Christmas. The manager is usually not up front, so he may have never seen me. Something else, he may have no problem with carrying in his store, but since someone mentioned it, he was trying to prevent causing a scene (which very well could backfire depending on your reaction). BTW, you did the right thing and represented all gun toters well.
