They filmed Deliverance in my hometown
My dad would take us out to watch em filming

I'd love to build a replica of the 55 Oldsmobile Burt drove in " W.W. and the Dixie Dancekings"

That was a cool car

I remember after white lightning and gator came out you'd see lots of brown LTDs lowered with black wheels

But when they filmed the movie did they really think that no one would notice the Interior shots with him shifting gears was really a Mustang ?

And the racetrack scene was at the old Lakewood fairgrounds
Where the amphitheater is now
