I guess the best part of this for me is it confirmed I didn’t raise an everyone gets a trophy child. I was disappointed and text my kid in Athens “im sorry kid”. In her three years at UGA they have only lost a handful of games. A little while later I get a text “ not a good day but tomorrow is a new one”.

Agreed...Aladambama is known for its roster depth being its superpower, a 3rd or even 4th stringer can come out and beat your first, defense or offense. Most teams are lucky to have a competent 2nd...
With the portal, there is no more loyalty to state, or team...its $$$. I'm not blaming the kids, just the landscape has changed, and it shows!

You can’t expect to win a championship every year. UGA is still an elite program. You should feel lucky to watch a team that is capable of competing and winning every week. It’s going to be tough to keep around the kind of depth teams could in the past though.
