Serial starts with letters sd. Any way to find out what model she is and what she is worth?

I've owned a number of them and they are fine revolvers. The company lived in perpetual money problems though. The guns built in Monson MA were the best quality - easily the equal of a Colt or S&W. Quality began to slide when they moved production to Palmer MA. CZ still supports the revolvers and some parts are available...
