I can't remember exactly. It seems like I got 6-8yrs out of the Diehards. They weren't cheap batteries and I always get the most cranking amps. My boat has always been stored insideDang…I just didn’t ever try the good ones. Oh well, I know better now ! lol

Seriously, regarding the battery: One full discharge isn't the death of a battery. If your boat has a good digital charger, they'll come back up to charge. Carry a portable jumper box on the boat if it makes you nervous. If they're well into their lifespan, maybe you can justify replacing them now, but if they still take and hold a charge, keep using them.
