DAO and SA/DA sp101 with a twist

OK, I have a DAO 2" sp101, and a 3" DA/SA sp101, i want to make the 3" a DAO and the 2" a DA/SA. I switched the hammers, and the 3" works in DA/SA but the trigger feels a little wierd, the 2" works in SA but when you work the DA the trigger stops about half way and can not go any further.

What can i do to fix this? do i need to do some fitting? swap out some trigger parts? etc.

Thanks for your help and if there is a tutorial or something that i missed that has pictures, I would greatly appreciate it.

and i know this has been asked a lot but i don't think anyone has asked that has had 2 guns before.

Good luck as I always thought how sweet a 3" with the spurless hammer would be for carry.

Doesn't matter, still got it to work. I'm awesome. Both guns go bang everytime. Just had to switch the trigger as well. Putting the 2 1/4" up if anyone wants it.
