Dark Star ... Weirdest movie ever?

Wow, has anyone else ever seen Dark Star? That was the strangest movie I have ever seen. Apparently it's a cult classic or something. Maybe I just need to be on acid or something.

yeah thats pretty out there. I love the sound effects. Older weird stuff seems way weirder to me than newer weird stuff. Nothing but trouble always use to weird me out.

I mean, it looks like "Hippies in Space".

No need for a defense... this movie made me a David Lynch fan for life!
I just found this clip had most of the elements from the film that show how twisted things get.
