Watching Fox this morning and movie theaters of been given a go to search purses and back packs. I CC and refuse to go into a theater without. Netflix stock is about to go up.

I've got three kids under the 2yr mark. Think somebody would definitely be shooting if I took my crew.

I quit the movies before the kids though, overpriced for everything, I'll wait till it hits redbox.

yep. they are checking purses and backpacks for camera's and not just weapons I bet. people recording movies and posting them online has been hurting the theaters quite a bit too.

If you're pocket or iwb carrying what does it matter if they check your manpurse or backpack that being said I haven't gone to a movie theater in at least 10 years.. like has been said.. too damn expensive. $8 for a coke, $5 for a small thing of popcorn, $15 for a ticket.. damn, I'd rather waste money like that going to an eastmans gun show. I can probably get more then the 2 hour movies worth of laughs looking at all the overpriced **** and watching people actually pay those prices

Redbox is how I do it. Spent $2 to see American Sniper (FANTASTIC MOVIE, yes I know I'm a little late to the party on that one). I got to watch it in the comfort of my own home.

I haven't been inside a theater since about 2006. And I don't miss anything about it. There hasn't been more than half a dozen movies produced in the last two decades that I cared about seeing. I lay Netflix $8.00 every month and another $8.00 to Hulu which is just kinda half ass. But between the two of them I can watch what I want.
The only way you'll see me in a crowded venue is if I'm going to a live show. **** the movies!

Come to Blue Ridge. We have one of the 11 remaining drive in theaters left in the world. Nobody pats or searches anything. Bring lawn chairs and coolers if you want...nobody cares
