Work for it. Luckily I'm not far out and have some great dependable friends/family. Good lord willing Bring your packs lol. Bear44 you oughta consider the hunt.

I'd love it, but old and out of shape. Can't do anything about the old, but working on the out of shape. Maybe next year.

Serious question. If you kill a bear in Cohutta, how the hell do you get them out?

With a lot of help or a good pack. Lord willing, if I’m fortunate enough to kill one this Fall I’ll be packing it out.

Thanks, I’m gonna need it. Totally different element up there than what I’m accustomed to.
I regret not going up there 25 years ago when I was young and dumb.
I hope to be able to spend a decade or two up there before old age and/or high mileage take it’s toll on my body.

So how does this work? Are you looking for ppl to chill at your site with you and go hunting? Cuz I'm down for camping the weekend with ya and going hunting. Need me a hunting buddy anyway ^^
