Dehumidifier

A lot of folks ask me what I use as a dehumidifier for my safe, personal I don't use anything but if I did it would be something like this:

They range from $10-50, you can buy them at most local place the sell safes or online...



They are rechargable and work GREAT!

I have Rods in mine, and those also in the big one.

I hung a couple damp rid bags inside my house. Each of them has 1-2 cups of water in the bag after a few weeks. I now have a golden rod and a silica canister in my safe.

I had a moisture issue in my safe and bought a few of the canisters off amazon. So far they seem to work great

Dang I guess I'm paranoid about rust. I have to empty my damp rid container once a week in the winter and once every couple days in the summer.

I use one of those dehumidifier rods...

that should be enough?
