I'm curious about how well Geddy's voice has held up. We've seen age take its toll on many other vocalists, especially those that belt it out in the upper ranges, like Geddy, or Robert Plant, Steven Tyler, David Lee Roth, etc, etc. ( though, as i understand, Rush/Geddy weren't nearly as self-destructive as some of those guys were, which factors in heavily.)
Ain't none of us getting any younger
We aren't getting any younger so......For our 25th wedding anniversary we are leaving the kids behind and we will be sitting floor B, center stage, row 12 on our anniversary for Rush at Madison Square Garden. Staying on Times Square in a fancy hotel for the week. Ouch, but we have only done one anniversary trip, she doesn't fly and loves Rush. I'll leave my vehicle at a friends and take a limo to the hotel. Can't believe I just did this!!! We hate the city, but sometimes you have to bite the bullet!
Have fun, be safe and come back home with money still in your pocket.......
