Do You Eat Fast Or Slow?

I'm the opposite...I was a fast eater, now seems I'm the last one to finish....the older I get, the slower I eat.

Ate fast when I was young. Eat a little slower nowadays. Once when I was early teens I was at a friends house down the street. I said I had to go home for supper. When I got back his grandma said “ what the hell they feed you with a syringe”

Yes especially at boot camp if DI caught talking. Push up time if lingered long in mess hall DI might whizz piece silver ware at u. I am guilty of eating fast today due to
those days..

Fast - grew up with 3 siblings - you ate fast or you didn't eat at all.

Slow. I was fed in courses as a child. My middle brother? I am repulsed by the speed with which he eats. Clanging his flatware all over the plate, scraping, nostrils flaring as he breathes through his nose while chewing.


I gotta go throw up just thinking about it.

I need to slow down. If I'm at work I eat fast. My bosses son has made the comment it can't be healthy. I also notice when I'm at home I am generally the first to finish. Im not rude or sloppy just focused on the task. Think I will focus on eating slower and enjoying my food. Food is too expensive to not enjoy it.
