Doe Day Strategy???

I'm just curious:
Do you specifically hunt does on "Doe Days," and would you pass on a buck? The reason being, of course, that you'd prefer a doe (on Doe Day) since they are prohibited all other days.

Usually shot at least one doe early to put meat in the freezer though.

Heck brown is down in my range. But I like a good ol auto semi filled full of slugs from hunting wma and buckshot on private land. Boom boom boom freezer full. But I haven't shoot anything yet so it sucks and out of vension

Doe days are for just that, harvesting does. You should let bucks walk on doe days, they are not either sex days .

I'll hunt does until the first week of November on my property. After that I won't shoot nothing but a buck. Now on a wma it's different. Either sex days on a wma means something is getting a free ride to the house.

Depends on the rules and where I'm hunting.

As long as mr green jeans says its legal.....its down if all goes as planned.
