Does everyone here know what constructive intent means?

Just owning the parts is not a crime in itself. They still have to prove intent which is not always easy. This is not something most of us need to worry about. It would likely be a secondary charge to something bigger they came after you for. Those posting them for sale and putting up pictures is a different story. That's just stupid.
I see them here all the time and politely message the people to warn them to take the pictures and post down 95% don’t even know what an SBR is or that they require stamps they just had it for years and Thought it was an accessory
I used to have a gun, and a gun accessory, that were at one time sold together perfectly legally across gun store counters all across America...
... and then ATF said this combination of stuff is illegal and creates an NFA restricted item.
So, rather than keep on doing the things I've always been doing and buy a tax stamp, or rather than take off the accessory but retain it in my home where I could be violating constructive intent rule
I sold or traded away the accessory ( I don't remember which-- it was years ago)
but kept the underlying weapon itself.

ALL the federal law enforcement agencies better start looking at their priorities. We will be facing a very lawless time in this country soon. The actual enforcement of laws against hard drugs, illegal entry, terroristic threats ,fraud..ect will be met by violent resistance by the criminal element and foreign agents. The lamestream media will of course scream racism, sexism, xenophobia....you name it.
The misuse of federal power against constitutional minded Americans is near treasonous. Unfortunately we will be fighting for our families daily. I hope to God my fears are unfounded because if the feds keep spending their time at schoolboard meetings and gun shows and ignoring the child trafficing and fentanyl dealers...We Are On Our On.!

I tend to let them run the adds they choose....I doubt they need any input from me....
