Worthless animal.
Once they are done with wildlife then they kill domestic pets. when they moved into my area, for months all you saw was "missing pet" signs all over. Now nobody lets their cats or dogs out unless its fenced.

Pretty sure we have lost a dog to them & my neighbors have lost a few goats to them as well.
They also are prolific breeders. I read somewhere to keep the population at even required killing 70 percent of them every year. I never waste the opportunity to kill them

IF that is a coyote (and I'm not sure based on how small it appears), then yes based on it's tail that would likely be mange and a bad case.
They are unfortunately doing just fine in Banks county and quite healthy.
