I was able to take a close look at one of those a few years ago, the machine work and attention to detail was very impressive.

I`ve heard that the Swiss round is a fairly close equal to the .308 Win / 7.62 NATO and these rifles have an impressive reputation for accuracy- I`d love to have some range time with one.
