Got back a little while ago, after a few days away, and the field looks great. It looks like everything germinated well, as the sunflowers are already two inches tall. The sorghum and millet looks good too. I ran about 25 doves off as I approached. I hope they hang around.

Well done my friend..I can't even get a blade of grass to stay alive. I guess we all have our talents. I just say growing stuff is not one of mine. The last time I tried to grow tomatoes I ended up with a vine 8 ft. long with not one piece of mater on it. I had been successful before. I had heard the same thing from other growers but that's just my luck with green vegetation.
Yeah we don’t hunt on Sundays, but we hunt it Saturday and Monday 😂
That did actually happen to us last year, the funeral was right at prime time. But we stopped before it started and started back after it was over and still did pretty decent.
We used to shoot geese in a field directly behind an elementary school. It was backed up to the playground. As long as they werent there, no problem. We had duck pond behind a church. Everything was cool as long as you didnt disrupt their functions. This used to be country. Just miles from where i live now. Heres a pic that the Alpharetta police were playing along with us for a pic. Appears a warden too. They were cool. All the new neighbors claimed gang war when they would call at 6am lol. Wonder where they came from. Lol It was a quite awhile ago.
Yeah Bartow county is starting to look more and more like Cobb county 😡
