Dry firing and using snap caps

Buy the snap caps.
Keep one of each cartridge.
The other 3-5 that come in each package, SELL them.
Sell them here to other collectors.

P.S. Some center fire revolvers can be damaged from excessive dry firing, too. But I don't know of any that couldn't handle a few dry fire clicks.

I'm no expert but the defense training and gun classes my wife and I attended the "experts" had us dry firing weapons(center fire handguns) hundreds of times..
