Hello, I am looking to purchase an early model Ruger 10/22. The nice ones that came with the walnut stock and metal trigger house/buttplate/barrel band. Also needs the correct period barrel - "no warning/instruction" engravings.

All original please, no refinished stocks!

Please send me a picture and your asking price.

The metal butt plate part is gonna be tough.
I had to locate a broken 44 carbine stock to get one to put on an older model 10/22.
They fit good but just a hair wider.
That's an easy fix though if you're handy.

Do you know what serial number cut off you are looking for?
I have 2 older ones just not sure if they meet your criteria

Im not too sure when Ruger stopped putting metal parts and walnut stocks on their 10/22.
If its in original condition and has those two features I am very interested! Also it needs to be in nice condition!

I had a 2005 model with an original "metal" trigger guard. So definitely sometime after 2005 is when they went to a polymer trigger. NOW...That doesn't mean that the later models had the same forging or coating as the earlier models. I've actually taken one of the later model triggers, blasted it clean and then installed it on a new model stainless gun and it looked great. You can go on Ebay and several other websites and find a metal trigger set and just swap them out. Have a brand new 10/22 with a metal trigger guard.

Check out Numrich selection of 10/22 trigger guards both new and used. You can build the gun you want.
